By downloading or using the NŪRA SKIN app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NŪRA SKIN is a lifestyle app that provides personalized skincare insights using AI and image analysis. The app is for cosmetic and informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
As part of the core experience, users may voluntarily capture a facial image using the in-app camera. This image is transmitted to and analyzed by a third-party SDK for the purpose of evaluating visible, non-medical skin features such as hydration, texture, pigmentation, and pores. Images are not used for facial recognition or biometric identification. They are securely stored for as long as necessary inorder to provide user critical functionality such as progress tracking, goal tracking, time based reporting and personalized recommendations. Users can delete their data at any time within the application or by contacting us at info@nuraskin.ai.

NŪRA SKIN collects:

• Facial image data for cosmetic analysis

• Optional user provided skincare profile data (e.g., skin type, concerns)

• Contact information such as email or phone number

• Device and non-personal app usage statistics
  

NŪRA SKIN does NOT collect:

• Health records or medical history

• GPS or location data

• Government-issued IDs

• Payment or financial information

• Information from children under 13

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

5. User Content

Any data, images, or information you upload are your responsibility. You grant NŪRA SKIN a non-exclusive, limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of delivering app features.
